Professor thinks that being pregnant women should be protected under the Americans With Disabilities Act. Even though their are laws, including the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, in place already for the protection of being fired because of being pregnant, does this need to be under another law as well? Plus the Family and Medical Leave Act helps so employers don’t count any absences against them.
