Christine

I like to cook at times and not necessarily follow a recipe. So yes, it is fun watching a show like MasterChef. This season kicked it up a notch. Christine is in this competition because of her cooking abilities. You can tell she has a passion about it. She is constantly tasting her food as she goes to make sure the final product is going to be good.

But we all have doubts sometimes. Hers get bigger when she is asked to bake an Apple Pie. Why you say? Well, @MC3Christine is blind. So she can not see when the crust is done. She can not sample it after it is in the oven to find out if the apples are cooked to perfection. So she is doubting herself.

No matter our limitations, as Chef Ramset points out, Christine and the rest of us need to stop doubting our abilities. We are given these gifts for a reason. Hers is cooking. What is yours?
