When things seem like they are going very fast, it’s time to slow things down and focus on clearing your mind and relaxing a bit. Over the weekend, I caught some of The Grand Finale performance by YouTube Symphony Orchestra 2011. Music always helps relax, but something even better is combine visual with music. During the performance, they had a lot of visuals. The one I liked best was the Sand Art. Beautiful pictures made while you watched and listened to music.
