Mix an ordinary situation and mix in something strange and you might just spark a laugh. On a simple drive down the highway you see many people on their cell phones. Now take the cell phone out of their hand and replace it with a banana. When passing that, you’d have to do a double take.
Listen to the doctors or not when they talk about how humor helps in the stress department. For me, I think they have it spot on. When I laugh hard I can feel my whole body change, relax, and just feel good. Pull out your favorite comedy movie or book. Heck, try a joke book. Stop me if you’ve heard these before. And please, take them tongue in cheek.
