Choosing Self-Esteem

You have a choice. I have a choice. Do we see the glass half empty or half full? I start here because it can be really this simple. Each day we go through the moments and we can look at each of the negatives or the positives.

Do we sit in traffic and scream waiting for the light to change, or yelling at the person who just cut us off? Do you sit in class staring at the clock waiting for the end of class? If you sit there like that, you are bound to see only the negative. I will admit I have found myself in these situations.

So what do you choose to do? Make the most of that time or waste it thinking of who to blame next?

Try this for the next 24 hours. On purpose, look at how you view time and people around you. Are your interactions positive or negative. Keep a running tab. Come back and we’ll compare notes.
