Have you ever gone to the library to check out a bunch of books and movies and upon returning find your hands full and hard to open the door? I know of a few who have and I know of just a few libraries who have the answer to that problem.
Automatic doors, where you can press a button with your hand, or if your hands are full with a hip, foot, or other object that may work. You might think that this door opener is just for those in wheelchairs, but like many inventions originally made for people with disabilities, this one has advantages for others as well.
So why aren’t these openers on all the buildings and shopping places? Many uneducated business owners will site cost to install. Well, for those uneducated, let me help clear up the bottom line.
While the initial cost may be there, although really not that much, consider this: more merchandise leaving the store. Yes, think of it this way, if you have a way for a customer to leave your store without having to have their hands free to open the door, they will buy and carry more of your stuff out. That’s it, that is the great revelation. A simple, low cost solution to selling more.
