Depression, economy, job loss, and more. What’s to be positive about? Take a deep breath. No, I mean a good long deep breath. Feel that? That is you, the living and breathing self.

When you feel down or even let down, find a friend. Share yourself with others. When you are helping others, you WILL feel better about yourself. Everyone has a situation they live with. Sharing of your skills, stories, or time will help show and recharge others to know there are others out there just like them. Taking each day at a time, but not letting life get them down.
